The North Western Pistol Club welcome all new members!!

In Tasmania the processes for joining a pistol club and obtaining a Class H firearms licence are interlinked - you must be a financial member of a pistol club to hold a handgun licence.

Persons wishing to become members of the North Western Pistol Club should follow the applicable process below after presenting themselves to a Club official or after attending with a current financial member.

Interested persons who do not hold a firearms licence
You are permitted to attend one (1) club shoot and participate under supervision

Complete  NWPC Membership Application form, include Transfer of Information Form from previous club if  TPA or PA affiliated, a reference from previous Club Secretary and fulfil all membership requirements.

Club members, who introduce, propose and second prospective members will be expected to ensure that these persons are familiar with all club general and safety requirements.

Junior members are welcome at NWPC and should be in possession of a Junior's Permit.  Club members who bring the junior along will undertake the supervisory activities as detailed in the appropriate category of the permit.
